● 枸杞     ｜甜菜鹼、多糖、粗蛋白、硫胺素、核黃素、胡蘿蔔素及鈣、磷、鐵、鋅等元素
● 八角   ｜胡蘿蔔素、維生素C、維生素E、鈣、鐵、硒銅等多種元素
● 川芎   ｜有維生素、葉酸、留醇、蔗糖
● 水黨   ｜糖類，維生素B1、B2，多種人體必需無機元素和氨斟酸等

｜食用方法｜

1. 將燉包及川燙過的肉或素料放入鍋內(水量1000~1500ml)
2. 明火燉法:大火滾後轉小火燉90分鐘 / 電鍋燉法:外鍋約120ml水量，按鈕切下
3. 關火後下調味靜悶3分鐘(鹽巴、米酒、調味料，依個人口味添加)
4. 燉煮完成
