簡        介|冷冷的冬天除了羊肉爐外,另一個冬日進補主角就是薑母鴨啦!!!順發已將薑母鴨湯包幫您配到好了,一年四季都能吃到香氣四溢的薑母鴨,不怕想吃的時候沒得吃。

食用方法1 - 鴨肉洗淨川燙後用薑和麻油爆香
2 - 再倒入2000~2500cc水量(可依個人嗜好濃度加減及選擇)及料理包燉煮
3 - 大火滾後轉至小火燉60分鐘
4 - 再依個人口味加入調味及米酒。
5 - 一鍋美味佳餚上桌。
