食用方法| 1 - 羊肉洗淨川燙後用薑和麻油爆香
2 - 再倒入2000~2500cc水量(可依個人嗜好濃度加減水量)及羊肉爐包燉煮
3 - 大火滾後轉小火熬一小時。
4 - 再依個人口味加入調味.米酒。
5 - 一鍋佳餚上桌,開動
