簡       介名稱聽上去也有幾分風雅,燉煮方法比燕窩簡單卻不失Q彈滑順的口感,由蘇州傳自香港再傳自台灣的保養甜品,攝取足夠的膠質及蛋白質營養,在家也能簡單燉煮,為家人來一碗日常保養甜品。

食用方法1.打開桃膠雪蓮包至冷水裡浸泡4-6小時成發泡狀
                   2.期間須換水2-3次
                   3.再倒入1500-2000ml開水、蓮子百合、冰糖紅棗
                   4.外鍋約2-3杯水(約一小時)
